This is a poem expressing the nature of things that slip by in a second.
We know that we can never catch them even if we try
We still keep trying with hope -
Catch me if you can
Slip sliding sand
Catch me if you can
Wind slipping through your hand
Catch me if you can
Fleeting thoughts that you want to keep
Catch me if you can
Hail stones that melt and seep
Catch me if you can
Raindrops falling down
Catch me if you can
The lightning speed of sound
Catch me if you can
Words spoken out loud
Catch me if you can
Echoes floating around
Catch me if you can
You know you really can't
Why you keep trying
I simply don't understand
Catch me if you can
With your two hands
Catch me if you can
Can you really?
Catch me if you can
Can you really?
