If I stop being who I am and stop embracing the real me, what will happen to me?

suffocating

hidden in layers of pretences

believing in falsehoods

living life

not as myself

but as another

another person

whom I do not recognize

when

i choose not to be

the real me

losing my identity

trying to fit in

blend in with the crowd

playing hide and seek

trying to find my lost self

disappearing

lost to nothingness

i will live

dead inside
